The first book I have read cover-to-cover in awhile! It was a great book! I don't know where to start, from the pointers UnMarketing gives, to how he became a hit on Twitter, to marketing other companies through his book.
One thing I did like about the book is how he brought in how he became well known through Twitter, which changed his business. I can't imagine how much he had to tweet in a month, he said something like 7,000 times in 30 days, his followers increased from 2,000 to over 100,000 tweeters.

Something I thought was great was he didn't just criticize companies, he did a little, but mostly it was telling the good things. Like Dominoes pizza, which gave a lady a free pizza and made a video apology, or Rockport that gave him free shoes, in return for nothing. No tweeting about them, no blogging just to enjoy the shoes. Down to Zappos who made their customer service go over the top for a guy who lost a loved one, and had shoes that he didn't need anymore.
Overall this was a great book that every person should read if they are in sales, to customer service. It shows you how you should treat your customers even if they are "just looking" nobody is every "just looking" because if you don't treat them right they will never come back and you could have just lost a
